What do I store
I store all data that I need in order to maintain my relationship with clients. This data ranges from records including full name and email address, to more extensive records that include full name, telephone and email address.
I may store both your shipping address, for product delivery, and your billing address, which can be used to verify methods of payment.
For Radioncs/ Scalar wave session I may share this with Milica Jelenic as a backup person if I am not available to work.
WHY DO I STORE YOUR DATA?
I store your data in order to provide the services that I offer and to fulfill my contractual undertakings with my clients.
Personal data is stored to be able to send you information, regarding classes and products.
WHO HAS ACCES TO YOUR DATA?
Currently it is myself and as mentioned above Milica Jelenic for medical history. We store this as well as permission for sessions.
DO I SHARE YOUR DATA
As mentioned above I may share your information with Milica Jelenic if I require someone to take over your case if I am unavailable.
HOW LONG IS THE DATA STORED?
I keep the data stored as long as
I have a relationship with you as a client, or interested party. I am legally obliged to for tax purpose until you ask to have your file deleted.
WHAT DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE AS A CUSTOMER?
As a customer you have rights to:
Manage your email or if we have paid subscriptions
correct any and all information I have stored
request details of the data I have stored regarding you.
request deletion or limitation of your stored data

ARE CUSTOMERS OBLIGED TO PROVIDE THEIR DATA?
Yes, as a client you must provide the data I require to be able to fulfill my contractual obligation within the various services I offer.
Depending in what you are requesting from me, I will ask you to provide information that may range from your full name, telephone number, e-mails address, home and work address and initial intake form with brief medical information for Radionics/Scalar wave sessions will also be on file.
